Human Resource Specialist – temporary six-month contract
Location: Torre Obispado 1 (T.Op) Constitución ****, Obispado, ***** Monterrey, N.L., Mexico (moving in September ****).
Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days home weekly.
Contract: six months, fixed-term until February ****.
Core Responsibilities
Own Employee Relations governance for the site: lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, ethics cases, and conflict resolution processes, ensuring legal compliance and consistent decision‐making.
Mitigate labor and compliance risk proactively: ensure full adherence to Mexican Labor Law, telework regulations (if applicable), STPS requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; anticipate and prevent litigation, inspections, or reputational risk.
