About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist with strong experience in Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) . This role is suited for someone who is hands-on in talent acquisition while also supporting employee development initiatives and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes , from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of L&D programs
