HR Administrative Coordinator
β’ Administrative tasks supporting the existing roles of Benefits, Leaves, Investments and Health and Safety team members
β’ Ticket management via Zendesk or tasks coming from Zendesk
β’ Help update LTD/STD status and systems
β’ Supports pending enrollments and Backbone Notices
β’ Pulling and sending reports from emails
β’ Updating work permits
β’ Reporting-related tasks
Required Skills:
β’ Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
β’ A college or university degree, with equivalent 2-3 years of office administration work experience
β’ Strong Excel skills required, with the ability to manage, clean, and analyze large datasets
β’ Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Highly organized and detailed oriented
