Position Overview

Job Description:

HR Administrative Coordinator

β€’ Administrative tasks supporting the existing roles of Benefits, Leaves, Investments and Health and Safety team members

β€’ Ticket management via Zendesk or tasks coming from Zendesk

β€’ Help update LTD/STD status and systems

β€’ Supports pending enrollments and Backbone Notices

β€’ Pulling and sending reports from emails

β€’ Updating work permits

β€’ Reporting-related tasks


Required Skills:

β€’ Excellent English communication skills both oral and written

β€’ A college or university degree, with equivalent 2-3 years of office administration work experience

β€’ Strong Excel skills required, with the ability to manage, clean, and analyze large datasets

β€’ Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

β€’ Highly organized and detailed oriented

β€’ Effective time management and inter-personal relation skills...
