We are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting all operations, strengthening workforce management, and enabling the company’s continued growth in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Assist in internal recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee relations matters and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR-related reports such as headcount and turnover analysis.
- Manage Employment Pass (EP) and work visa processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
