Position Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator responsible for daily operations of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will play a key role in representing the Human Resources & Administration Team and be the contact person for most of the enquiries from team members. In order to fit this role, we expect someone with good problem solving skills, time management skills, project management skills and also people-focused.
** YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
1. Human Resources Administration:
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources administration including policy interpretation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collect and manage payroll data such as bank account details and working days.
- Maintain and update both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and PTO requests.
- Administer the internal HRIS tool (People Force) and ensure it is up-to-date with new hire information.
