Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Company’s human resource information systems (HRIS) and related applications to meet Company requirements for HR data while processing and coordinating delivery of routine employee benefits.
The Role
- Administers and processes routine Company benefits, including statutory benefits, and resolves related issues
- Looks for opportunities to make benefits administration more effective and efficient and keeps updated on statutory benefits regulations
- Assesses PGPC’s current policies, guidelines, and practices against market benchmark and best practices
- Processes employee leaves through online application system, ensuring that configurations are according to policies and guidelines
