Profile Summary The HR Analyst supports the HR function in HR administration to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations in the MEA region. This role partners closely with Head of Human Resources β MEA, Talent, and support teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with respective local labour laws.
Duties And Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Offboarding Recruitment support
- Opening positions in HR systems and ensuring approvals are in place for the recruiting activity
- Scheduling of interviews for the shortlisted candidates
- Acknowledgement of speculative applications.
Administration of the End-to-End HR Employee Lifecycle Processes - Offer Management, putting together draft employment contract and contract pack
- Raising staff moves - advising other departments such as Planning and Compliance of new joiner confirmed start dates and leavers' last service dates
