The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment process, in line with the talent acquisition requirements.
Support recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate and timely recruitment and appointment of talent
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to recruitment team members including but not limited to Online Talent Searching, customized screening and sourcing strategies.
Monitor Recruitment inbox and provide customer service and accurate advice to LBSC business and candidates relating to recruitment and selection.
Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management.
Coordinate the pre-employment checks.
Facilitate order processing invoices and payments
