To serve as a Human Resources (HR) Assistant, providing technical and administrative support work across a range of human resources management programs including recruitment and placement, staffing operations, pre-employment processing, and training coordination. Responsibilities Provides recruitment, placement, and staffing support assistance in coordination with senior HR Specialists. Coordinates and monitors pre-employment and suitability requirements to facilitate timely onboarding of newly selected employees. Coordinates logistics and prepares materials in support of HR training and NEO programs.
