Summary About the Position: The Defense Health Agency Center of Excellence, Europe Service Center is seeking to fill a Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment & Placement) position. This individual will provide recruitment and placement support services for HR Specialists. Commands supported for this recruitment include: Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) employees. Responsibilities Conduct recruitment/examining activities for common lower-grade positions. Prepare modifications as needed to standard announcements. Prepare certificates as required. Respond to customer inquiries on such matters as procedures for filing applications, status of recruitment announcements, kinds of vacancies in the organization serviced, and hiring procedures and announcements.
