Position Overview

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar.
  • Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources.
  • English proficiency 90%.
  • Proficiency in Office software.
Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel files and keep them updated in physical and digital formats.
  • Prepare reports on area indicators (turnover, absenteeism, incidents, etc.).
  • Payment of services, preparation of employment certificates.
  • Proof of seniority, employment agreements.
  • Processing for employee benefits and allowances (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.).
  • Carry out the administrative process for employee terminations with the IMSS.
  • Address staff requirements and requests related to HR.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Recruitment and Selection – Job Descriptions (mandatory).
  • Hiring and Personnel Administration.
