Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters 
Process Bi-monthly payroll using payroll software 
Maintaining employee database in the HRIS & P-filing 
Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences 
Administer employee leaves and claims 
Work Passes related matters 
Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports 
Process IRAS tax clearance and government paid leave claims 
Assist in MOM market labour survey and other MOM surveys 
Assist to attend to phone calls and other ad-hoc duties. 
 Job Requirements  No working experience required 
Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level 
Possess positive attitude and good adaptability 
Organized & Meticulous 
Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
