The Human Resources Benefits & Compliance Analyst position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Essential Job Functions:
Audits and Reconciliations using excel for Service Contract Act, PTO, Benefits Background in Accounting desired in order to coordinate between the teams.
Identify, design, and execute ideas to scale and improve internal compliance tools and practices, develop and deliver new strategies, and drive remediation plans to closure.
Strong experience with Paylocity, bSwift, and Procas Assist with the standard benefit function including all health, welfare, retirement, and risk benefits:
Open Enrollment.
Evaluation of benefit programs, including wellness initiatives.
Coding employees with appropriate workers comp class codes.
Tracking travel.
