The HR Business Partner Emiratization will serve as a strategic liaison across the UAE branch, driving effective implementation of HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the Bank's objectives.

Operating cross-functionally, the HRBP will proactively engage with business and support units to deliver high-impact HR solutions, resolve stakeholder queries, and provide expert guidance on people-related matters.
