Primary Location: Hamilton, onsite 5 days a week
Reports To: Regional Manager, Human Resources

The pay range for the role is $75,300 to $125,300 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities.

What will your typical day look like:

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Human Resources and partnering very closely with the Operations Manager in Hamilton you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR related matters including program facilitation, policy follow‑through, employee relations, and performance management.
