Position Overview
Role Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of human resource function services under the shared services such as Recruitment & Resourcing, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits. Act as first point of contact/provide advisory and support services to stakeholders on any Human Resource matters. Responsibilities:
HR PLANS
Plan HR targets and budgets, to ensure the outcomes are in line with the operational expectations and requirements. The jobholder also continuously assesses and evaluates the implementation of planned initiatives.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies & practices and efficient deployment of resources to ensure consistency and transparency across payroll, claims management, benefits administration and staffing requirements.
