Human Resources Business Partner Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees across the organization.

The incumbent supports business objectives by providing both strategic and operational human resources expertise. The HRBP partners with leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, change management, and workplace health and safety matters.

Through a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, the HRBP contributes to strengthening leadership practices, employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall business performance.
