You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
What You Will Do
Be proactive partner to steward and advance Principle Based Management™ culture, especially “role of supervisor” development. Provide HR solution to business supervisors regarding job-related problems, policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions. Respond to employee inquiries and advise business supervisors of appropriate solutions of employee relation issues, handle investigation for employee relation issues independently.
