We are looking for a hands-on, motivated HR Business Partner to provide strong day-to-day support across key areas of HR based in our Redmond, Washington site. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who thrives in an execution-focused environment and who’s eager to take initiative on projects that enhance business outcomes.
Essential Functions:
+ Partner with hiring managers and recruiting partners to support staffing efforts, including job postings, meeting required staffing levels, and onboarding processes.
+ Provide day-to-day support on employee lifecycle activities.
+ Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, ongoing feedback, manager effectiveness, career development, and work environment.
+ Serve as a resource to employees and managers on general HR inquiries, policies and procedures.
