The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units within The Aivee Group, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Strategic Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding operational goals and translating them into HR strategies and actions.
