As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals. The role involves advising management on human resource-related issues, acting as a consultant on HR matters, and helping shape the organization’s culture. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The position requires in-person connection and travel throughout the Lower Mainland to support communities in Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Maple Ridge, Chilliwack, and Hope. The candidate will maintain regular office days in downtown Vancouver and will visit each community at least once per month. All approved travel expenses are reimbursed.
