This role supports the high-volume Talent & Culture department with daily administration and coordination. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and thrive under pressure while maintaining high-quality HR processes. You'll assist with onboarding, coordinate events, and manage confidential documents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative activities
• Assist Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams
• Maintain confidential employee personnel documents
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Implement onboarding procedures for new hires
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience preferred
• Hotel operation knowledge is an asset
