We are seeking an active, experienced, and development-oriented Human Resources Director to lead our HR services in Kirkkonummi.

Responsibilities

• Manage the municipality's HR services within the shared services sector.
• Support managers and staff in HR matters and provide HR services in collaboration with different sectors.
• Operate and develop the service group comprehensively, supporting sector and service group managers.
• Report to the Administrative Director and participate in the municipal management team.

Qualifications

• Higher university degree.
• Experience in HR management.
• Broad knowledge of HR issues.
• Excellent oral and written Finnish language skills and good or satisfactory Swedish language skills.
• Familiarity with municipal or public administration.
