About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of People / People Director to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across a complex, multi-country business environment.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, providing expert guidance across employee relations, organisational change, talent planning, culture, engagement, and leadership development.
