Position Overview

Tasks
 Act as a strategic partner to local management to support business initiatives with aligned, effective, and responsible HR practices.
 Promote and embed the company culture by supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day operations.
 Ensure smooth labor relations in a unionized environment and represent the employer in various labor relations committees.
 Support managers in interpreting and applying the collective agreement, particularly in grievance management.
 Lead talent management activities: staffing, engagement, skills development, performance, and succession planning.
 Oversee the local implementation of corporate HR programs and policies.
 Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest adjustments to optimize results.
