We are seeking an HR Specialist with strong Mandarin and English communication skills to support HR operations and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Ensure efficient HR process execution
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandatory)
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Reporting, or HR Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
Preferred
- Experience supporting regional or China-based stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
