Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews and job offer.
• Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation and claims and also statutory contributions such as EPF SOSCO EIS.
• Identify and provide suitable training and development programs to employees based on their needs and career growth.
• Conduct performance appraisal and performance management to ensure the performance of employees supports the company’s goals and objectives.
• Maintain and update employee records for payroll, compensation and compliance purposes.
• Manage employees’ compensation and benefits packages.
• Stay updated with the latest human resource policies and procedures.
