Position Overview

Responsibilities:

a. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organisation's manpower requirements. This entails:

  • Posting job advertisements on various mediums, pre-screening, and arranging interviews
  • Facilitating interview sessions and verification of candidate’s documents
  • Liaising with headhunters and recruitment agencies pertaining to recruitment matters
  • Proposing job offers for selected candidates
  • Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation

b. On-Boarding

  • Manage new employees' onboarding administration
  • Conduct first workday induction
  • Manage the staff orientation programme
