Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Pay: $25 per hour
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Experience required: 2-3 years
Length: 1 year

Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will support the HR Manager and assist with a variety of HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and be comfortable working within a largely manual process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA)
Coordinate onboarding and training processes
Prepare and process Records of Employment (ROEs)
Manage HR filing and documentation
Assist with Short-Term Disability (STD) applications
Complete and submit reports to benefits providers
Provide administrative HR support
