Position Overview
Become an integral part of our Scarborough, ON team as an HR Generalist, focusing on full-cycle human resources processes including recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 3β5+ years of HR experience. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to ESA and OHRC. Additionally, you will facilitate onboarding activities to improve the employee experience and assist with various HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Facilitate full-cycle recruitment and interview coordination
β’ Keep personnel files and HR systems up to date
β’ Work closely with Payroll for data updates and employee matters
β’ Ensure policies comply with HR legislation
β’ Assist with employee onboarding and orientation sessions
