Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations for teams across multiple locations. This role helps deliver a consistent employee experience by managing core processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance documentation, and internal HR communication. Working closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional partners, this position contributes to organized, responsive, and confidential HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as a first point of contact for everyday HR questions from employees and leaders, directing more sensitive or complex matters to the HR Manager.
β’ Manage recruitment support activities by advertising openings, arranging interviews, communicating with applicants, preparing employment offers, and initiating pre-employment screenings.
