Position Overview
The HR Generalist will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks and have impeccable follow through skills. This person must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels), and be flexible, resourceful and highly efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources:
+ Acts as the βto-go-toβ HR person for all Benefits related questions/concerns
+ Responsible for maintaining Students/Interns/Contractors listings and requirements
+ Maintains Driver Listing and training requirements
+ Advises on external/internal Transfer Requests
+ Responsible for weekly filing and trainings into training records
+ Responsible for Health-stream updates/changes/tracking β Health-stream expert for HR
+ Responsible for maintaining Personnel Records and filing appropriate documentation
