Summary of Position:
Provide payroll and administrative support to the Human Resources team, with primary responsibility for payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruiting support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Manage bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing, including reviewing and calculating employee timecards, entering employee data and pay information, and verifying accuracy before submission to the payroll processor.
β’ Coordinate updates and changes within payroll and HRIS systems.
β’ Support recruiting efforts for all non-exempt and temporary positions.
β’ Oversee new hire onboarding, including E-Verify completion and orientation.
β’ Maintain employee records and benefits documentation.
