Position Overview

Summary of Position:

Provide payroll and administrative support to the Human Resources team, with primary responsibility for payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruiting support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

β€’ Manage bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing, including reviewing and calculating employee timecards, entering employee data and pay information, and verifying accuracy before submission to the payroll processor.

β€’ Coordinate updates and changes within payroll and HRIS systems.

β€’ Support recruiting efforts for all non-exempt and temporary positions.

β€’ Oversee new hire onboarding, including E-Verify completion and orientation.

β€’ Maintain employee records and benefits documentation.

β€’ Administer benefit enrollments, updates, and terminations with accuracy and within required timelines.
