Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance Management
+ Serve as the primary HR advisor to employees and leadership.
+ Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
+ Coach managers on performance management, development, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
+ Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management practices.
+ Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
