Job Brief:

We require a person with excellent communication skills and peoples’ skills. The person should be able to maintain confidentiality.

The person would be responsible for managing the Scholars’ Conduct and behavioral issues, front end for Grievance redressal, address queries. They should support for Engagement sessions and Events at Greater Noida and Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Informing candidates regarding the start of Training
• Introduction to the organization, Overview of the processes and policies, session to clarify candidate and parental queries
• Regular Batch Connects as per the Batch Calendar
• Addressing Scholar grievances within SLA and respond to query tickets within SLA
• Internship Induction to socialize the Scholars regarding Internship Phase, organizational and professional requirements, addressing any concerns and queries
