Job Description
Support HR initiatives across the Singapore office, including but not limited to the following areas: recruitment, employer branding and employee engagement.Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives aimed at engaging university students and early-career talent. Build relationships with student communities, campus leaders, CCAs, and student organisations to strengthen Garena's employer brand and expand our reach across campuses.Proactively engage with student societies, communities, and campus leaders to build meaningful relationships, develop a deep understanding of student preferences and emerging trends to shape employer branding initiatives.Collaborate closely with our recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement and learning experiences, and help organise these initiatives that foster a fun and dynam...
