We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to support the HR Team in managing various Human Resources functions across Singapore and Malaysia. Interested candidate must be able to commit from 1 July to 31 December 2026.
Through this Internship, you will be exposed to various functions which includes but not limited to below:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment letters and assist with account creation for new hires.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Support recruitment activities and liaise with recruitment agencies when required.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personal files.
- Ensure all employee documentation is properly filed and maintained.
