**What’s the job?**
The Human Resources Leader/Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources in the hotel including recruitment, training, employees’ relations, performance management and compliance with legal requirements and IHG policies and procedures. Human Resources Leader/Assistant Human Resources Manager also promotes a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
