Position Overview
Elevate the HR function at Redstone Food Group as the Human Resources Manager. This role involves hands-on HR leadership, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and employee relations across multiple sites.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will support four operating plants and a workforce of approximately 150 employees. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, HR policy administration, and performance management. This proactive role is perfect for an HR leader thriving in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with Ontario's ESA standards.
