Lead HR initiatives for Redstone Food Group as the Human Resources Manager. This role requires strong leadership in employee relations, compliance, and recruitment.
As a vital HR generalist, you will oversee daily human resources functions for four operating plants with about 150 employees. Your focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Ontario employment standards. We seek a proactive leader who thrives in a non-union manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
• Coach supervisors on attendance and performance
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Guide managers through performance reviews
• Administer payroll and support benefits management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
