Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee day‑to‑day HR operations for the company’s real estate and hospitality businesses with over 150 employees. This role is responsible for payroll and benefits administration; recruitment, hiring, and employee retention; SOP development and operational standardization; technology, training and creative operational support; and employee relations and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be forward‑thinking and comfortable using technology creatively to improve operations, employee training, communication, and retention.
