**What You’ll Be Doing**
The **Human Resources Manager** is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and administration of Percepta’s onboarding process, employee development, employee relations, and retention initiatives. This position is responsible for strategy development, in conjunction with the HR Director and an HR SME for the site, providing strategic direction to all functional areas related to people and the HR function.
