Drive staffing and development initiatives as a Human Resources Manager at our Plant. Lead training, recruitment, and policy enforcement to foster a strong workforce culture.
This role requires a strategic HR leader to manage various responsibilities. You will oversee effective staffing, enforce policies, and facilitate communication within the Plant. The focus is on enhancing employee morale through equitable treatment and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer company policies to all Plant associates
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires
• Oversee training functions and ensure compliance with training documentation
• Facilitate annual reviews and talent development programs
• Support morale through recognition and fair treatment initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources
