Position Overview
Payroll & Benefits β’ Run end-to-end payroll for 200 employees β’ Ensure accuracy, timelines, and confidentiality β’ Handle incentives, commissions, reimbursements, and statutory deductions β’ Work with vendors (if applicable) and manage audits/reconciliations Compliance & Labour Laws β’ Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) β’ Manage filings, audits, and inspections β’ Maintain compliance calendars and documentation Employee Lifecycle Operations β’ Manage confirmations, attendance, leave, transfers, and promotions β’ Own exit processes including full & final settlements β’ Issue employee documentation (letters, records, etc.) β’ Ensure smooth, responsive employee support HR Systems & Data β’ Own HRMS and ensure data accuracy β’ Build and maintain dashboards (attrition, attendance, cost, etc.) β’ Enable data-driven decision making Audit & Risk Management β’ Support internal and statutory audits β’ Maintain clean and compliant documentation β’ Ensure processes are audit-read...
