The head of HR will lead the organization’s HR, people & culture function, driving the people strategy, culture, and employee experience to support sustainable growth. This position is suited to an individual that has successfully implemented and driven culture initiatives. This role supports the board and reports to the MD; therefore, you should be comfortable in the boardroom as well as the field working with both blue and white collar workers.
