HR Operations Leadership Own end-to-end HR operations Establish, refine, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and process frameworks Drive operational efficiency and HR process automation Act as escalation authority for HR operational matters Payroll & Compliance Governance Coordinate with finance for payroll Validate payroll inputs, approvals, and closures Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.) Coordinate with finance for reconciliations and reporting Ensure audit-readiness at all times Employee Lifecycle Management Govern onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits Cross check Full & Final settlements and clearance processes with finance Ensure documentation accuracy and legal compliance Strengthen separation management protocols HRMS & Data Governance Have an in depth understanding of HRMS systems β preferably DarwinBox Own HRMS configuration, workflows, and data accuracy Generate dashboards, MIS, and analytics for leaders Maintain master data integrity Drive di...
