Job Description: A hands‑on HR leadership role driving daily operational excellence on a major infrastructure project. We are seeking an experienced Project Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day HR operations on a large‑scale, complex infrastructure programme. This is a pivotal leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly operational environment and enjoys being close to the action.

About the Role

This is not a purely strategic role – you will be deeply embedded in the project, leading and delivering the full HR function on the ground. Managing a team of four direct reports, you will ensure seamless delivery of all HR services while working closely with frontline leaders, project managers, and a diverse, international workforce. The role will initially be based in Auckland CBD, transitioning to a site north of Auckland as the project progresses.
