Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 base + up to 15% bonus

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to own and elevate the full scope of HR operations within a fast-paced, technical organization in Rochester, MN.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving core HR programs that support both employees and business objectives.
