About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally recognized manufacturing organization to hire their next HR Manager for Canada. This role serves as the sole HR leader for all Canadian operations, covering four sites across Alberta and Ontario and supporting more than 200 employees. The position is on-site at a 24/7 manufacturing facility in central Alberta. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic HR partner to plant and operations leaders across all Canadian sites
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession initiatives
