10-months contract (Maternity Cover)

The Human Resource Officer will report to the Chief Operations Officer at Schiller International University, with a dotted line to the General Head of HR at GEDU Education, and is responsible for executing all HR related matters, procedures, and practices for Schiller employees.

Providing a high-quality, progressive, equitable and inclusive employment experience is really important to us and this role will assist by supporting HR employee lifecycle processes. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for all general enquiries to HR and you will work closely with other HR teams in the wider GEDU group to co‑ordinate practices, produce correspondence and update the HR systems.

Schiller currently has a campus in Madrid, Paris, Tampa & Heidelberg. This role will be the main HR contact for the employees in all the campuses.
